SOME TESTIMONIES OF THE DTS

1.    The Discipleship training school has helped me to come closer to Jesus, to know more about God and the church. I also go healed from fear and anger, I have received peace and joy.(Frank Philiacus Ngweta.Tanzania)

2.    I have been a leader in the CCR for over 7 years but attending DTS has helped me to understand what true Leadership is,the joy of working as a team and evangelization through practical service.(Mark Uzungi-DRC Congo)

3.    Going through DTS helped me to be able to persevere and endure all that comes my way especially in life and in serving God.That there will always be joys but the cross is also part of life.(Gofaone Phokojwe-Gaborone,Botswana)

4.    DTS helped me to understand my faith and my God better.I had lived a church going Christian, but I knew so little about God.I realized that the culture of Christ is bigger than my traditional culture(Masai),which I had hailed for long.(Allans Kirorei Ngong Diocese-Kenya)

5.    I thank God for the opportunity to attend the DTS program. It did not leave me the same.God did great in my life.It has helped me to discover my call.It was after my training of four months that I discerned and discovered my call, which is religious life.I am now aspiring to become religious sister without any fears(Night Hellen- Mbarara Archdiocese Uganda)

6.    Attending DTS helped me to discover who I am and what I can do or contribute to the body of Christ.I realized that even as a lay person I have a role to play in the church.I feel a call to start an Evangelizing Community in my country.(Mwanga Sililo-Mongu Diocese-Zambia)
