The Holy Spirit Conference is open all people around the world especially the youth. The emphasis of the Conference is on to bring God’s Love into the rural village African HIV/AIDS situation. The purpose of the pre - conference is to enable the International participants especially Youth to have an experience of the people affected by HIV/AIDS in different parishes.
